Alex Lloyd was awesome. I accompanied him on much of the inspection and learned so much about every little issue. His expertise was apparent, and he was kind and patient. He also called me back and provided addditional information

We had a fantastic experience with Southern Brothers Inspection. Alex was amazing from start to finish — incredibly thorough, professional, and very responsive when reviewing and explaining the report. What stood out the most was the level of detail. He didn’t just skim through the inspection — he took the time to carefully walk through everything and document it in a way that was clear and easy to understand. That kind of attention to detail is invaluable when you’re buying a home and want to feel confident in your decision. The entire process was timely, well organized, and very reasonably priced. It’s clear they take pride in their work and truly care about their clients. I can’t recommend them enough. Having such a detailed and thoughtful inspection gave us real peace of mind during a very important purchase.

Southern Brothers Inspections delivered one of the most thorough and detail‑oriented inspections I’ve ever experienced. Their commitment to accuracy and clear communication stood out from the start. Jonathan, in particular, was exceptional — meticulous, patient, and clearly passionate about doing the job right. He walked through every finding with me, explained the “why” behind each item, and made sure nothing was overlooked. If you want an inspection team that treats your home like it’s their own, Southern Brothers is the one to call.

Hands down the best inspection company! I hired Southern Brothers Inspections for my new build home on short notice, and they were able to accommodate me quickly without any issues. I also used them again for my 1-year warranty inspection—again on short notice—and they delivered the same outstanding service. Their reports are incredibly thorough, detailed, and easy to understand. They are professional, respectful, and truly experts in what they do. They caught things I would have never noticed on my own. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable inspection company!
